In April, around 60 female colleagues gathered in Frankfurt for the first time to celebrate the launch of the women's network. The event offered space for cross-company exchange of experiences, networking and brainstorming on specific grievances and possible measures. In a panel with four representatives, career paths were explained and personal experiences shared. Hermann Ballé, Managing Director of the TIMETOACT GROUP, was also part of the talk and emphasized how important the topic is to the entire management team in a welcoming speech.

The women's network of the TIMETOACT GROUP
With our current proportion of women, we are above the industry average, but for us this is just the beginning. We are convinced that there is more to come! Our aim is to further increase the proportion of women in all areas, especially in management and technical roles.
The network offers women a space for mutual support, encouragement and inspiration. It also aims to create opportunities for professional development. The focus is on sharing experiences, challenges and best practices to boost self-confidence and recognize potential. But first and foremost, it is also about making grievances visible and initiating or supporting appropriate countermeasures from within GROUP management. The women's network aims to strengthen the entire organization without excluding anyone. Men are absolutely essential at this point in order to support the success of the initiative.
A very important topic for women in IT, and therefore also for women at the TIMETOACT GROUP, is to network better with each other and with male managers. In this way, we can support each other and make the potential of diverse teams visible. I would like to encourage women and act as a role model, even as a supposed minority in the male-dominated IT sector, to create a place and space for themselves with their female strengths and talents.
